I was told yesterday after psa scan that I have advanced prostate cancer, it spread down to iliac chains, right pelvic wall,and lymph nodes to the bladder, Bony metastatic disease
My doctor wants to start hormone therapy asap. I have no symptoms, i'm going to wait and think about this. Gleason score 9, psa 289

@jsfmc, hearing that you have stage 4 prostate cancer, but have no symptoms can send one in a tailspin of emotions and questions. And then there's the challenge of treatment decisions. I moved your messge to this existing discussion:
