@starrh

I had bone cancer and lost most of hip bone. Left enough to hold my leg in place. But these tarlov cysts are horrific. Cannot get Drs to understand the pain. Go to see a spine surgeon next week. I asked why they're sending me straight to a surgeon. Must know something huh? Anyone have advice on relief till I see surgeon? Just like many years I suffered with trigeminal nuerLgia.(aka the suicide disease). Even had ER Dr make fun of me. Said I was faking that she'd never heard of such pain. I wrote to that hospital about the incident.

Hello @starrh and welcome to Mayo Clinic Connect. I can tell from your post that you've had a long and trying health journey. You are not alone in your frustrations and I am glad you have found Connect.

It sounds like you will see a surgeon to discuss your options for the tarlov cysts. Do you also suffer from arachnoiditis?
