Taking steroids will increase the probability of infection. Of course, we walk a tightrope when trying to manage our symptoms and treat our disease. All the best, Linda Esposito

Hi Linda
Yes, I know but the wheezing and coughing has been uncontrollable with very little sleep at night. Since he prescribed inhaled Budesonide, I was able to get some sleep last night. My last 2 sputum cultures were negative for MAC lung.
