I saw my pulmonologist yesterday. He put me on Ipatrium/Albuterol, Ceftin & prednisone and Singulair for allergies.
I am seeing an ID doctor today. Sputum culture was normal flora and the chest xray was clear. He did hear a great deal of wheezing.

Taking steroids will increase the probability of infection. Of course, we walk a tightrope when trying to manage our symptoms and treat our disease. All the best, Linda Esposito
