I did this so you can read the previous posts and tips as well as connect with other members like @linh @susie333 @jeff79922 @artist01 @ehc713 @beebee000 and others.

May I ask how you changed your lifestyle and diet because of the mucus production? What helps?

Hi there,

I've changed my lifestyle by having very little to no dairy products, any sweets, certain beverages like tea, oj, and coffee or alcohol. I also avoid foods like crackers, cookies anything crumbly because it get caught in the mucus in my throat. It's a nuisance. I use a humidifier at times. I stay hydrated. I have gargled with warm salt water. I elevate my head at night while sleeping. Truth be told nothing that I've done has gotten rid of the mucus in my throat. Even with the lifestyle changes I still have the production and some days or worse than others. I'm really looking for someone to give me some additional advice because I'm at a lost.
