This is really remarkable progress for a revision! And you are so right - not only are we all different, but every surgery is different as well. I remember 2-3 months from my last hip revision, I felt stuck for a few weeks, but water therapy really helped me turn the corner.

Wishing you good luck, and don't forget, ice may still help by reducing internal swelling to give you an extra degree or two!

Can you elaborate a little on your water therapy? This isn't for me but an in-law who s trying therapy before surgery. (I know that for bad knees, the breast stroke is a no-no. Wondering if there are similar exercises to avoid for hips.)
