Is anyone participating in a clinical trial for pancreatic cancer?

My husband is in the gem Abraxane plus pamrevulab and of the Precision Promise trial. The CA 19-9 has gone down from 4700 to 600 so far, 6 cycles completed, no tumor growth but no shrinkage. But now platelets are low so we have to take a couple weeks off.
Would love to know what genetic marker the Texas person had - my husband has the KRAS G12V and ATM

Welcome @sprinter345. I believe your question about genetic markers was directed to @lvtexas, who will hopefully return to share their genetic indicators.

Sprinter, will you resume trial treatment once the platelets have recovered?
