Hello~
I also have multiple compression frxs..T-8,9,10...severe osteoporosis, L5 bulge...osteoarthritic knees...gee..did I leave anything out?...I am learning to live with the hand I've been dealt...cannabis has certainly been a great assist in this life of mine. I, fortunately live in a State where cannabis is legal...I follow a regime each day and this seems to really be making a big difference in my pain levels as well as what I can do in a day without going through too much pain. I use an infrared light belt around my back, knees and lower back..20 minutes each..I use a heated wrap around my back..that really feels good and helps to relax the muscles. I take many supplements..not opting for the Rx's. I walk as much as I can..mostly everyday...and take care of my home and kitty. I'll be 78 in a couple of weeks..but don't feel or act my age..whatever that means...crankies..I'm still in tie dyes! And...I take a few 'tokes' a day of high THC 27%-29% flower...Sativa. I have now started to use CBD liquid 1,000mg per 'squirt'..and this seems to really be helpful in the night for pain...last for a day or so. Doesn't taste so good..but it works. I see that there are now CBD liquids in much higher mg's...but this is working for me without feeling 'drugged'. I would suggest to all that are dealing with pain and discomfort in their days and nights..to look into what the cannabis plant has to offer us humans...feeling good means so much...the less stress, the better. Now..go enjoy your day!
