What heck is going on. Woke up with stabbing, tingling, PAin in right hip. 11 months after replacement. 48 yrs old! Can anyone who has had THR offer an answer?

@vincej - Ouch! That would make me very unhappy. Welcome to Mayo Connect, where you get to talk to lots of people who have been through hip replacements. I have had both hips replaced, so I can identify with the concern you must be feeling.
How was the once you got up and started to move around? Any change or did it go away? If so, I would guess that you slept on a nerve. If not, can you try gently moving it around to relieve the pain?
