It sounds like you have only seen or have had access to one doctor. Are there other doctors you might consult? I understand it is different in your country than it is in the USA.

Hearing aids are often fit to high frequency hearing loss.

Are you familiar with stress management? Breathing exercises? They can be very helpful in managing the anxiety you say you have.

There is a great deal of information on a technique called 'Benson's Breathing Relaxation' ' as it relates to sleep, anxiety, pain relief, etc. Perhaps you can find information on that technique. Google has a great deal, but it's too much to provide a link that makes sense for you.

I went to two doctors
The first doctor prescribed ginkgo biloba extract
A second doctor recommends voice therapy.
Yes, my doctor has not advised me to wear hearing aids.
Sorry I am not familiar with stress management and breathing management.
