@wangning You may want to see if changing your diet helps with the tinnitus. Keep track of what you are eating and note any changes to the tinnitus.

Hello
The tinnitus has been stable for the 13 years I have been ill with no change。
But in May of this year, the left ear got heavier
Because the medical conditions here are not good
Many doctors here come to study at the University of Michigan Medical School.
I envy you in Michigan, with great universities and great hospitals.
It's easy for you, but cherished for me.
