Tinnitus has many causes. Tinnitus does not come from nowhere. Try to find the cause.
Here are some ideas as to CAUSES of TINNITUS to get you started on your job as detective for your tinnitus.
1. Your Age - 2. Food Allergy - 3. Chemical allery - 4. Fatigue - 5. Injury - 6. Environment

1. your age - 13 is sensitive for young people and even if you are very happy, there is often depression due to the body changes putting your body to hard work "coming of age".

My hearing declined when my Dad died - I got the health food herbal anti-depressant, Saint John's Wort and it helped!

I also looked at my life and found some things I could do to be happier, even charming. Even if you are already charming, if your system is doing odd things, something is "off" and so you might need to WORK to be easier company for people without crashing too much. IF the things you can do yourself do not work, ask your doctor about what they call "Adolescent grief/shock depression" giving hearing issues.

2. Food allergy - sugar and a few others CAN cause tinnitus or mske it worse - google it. They say no foods CAUSE tinnitus exactly, but CAN cause it. The word here is "allergy" which happens and if you have an allergy, even if the food does NOT CAUSE tinnitus, it WILL cause it if you are allergic to it and tend to get tinnitus. DO THIS: try eliminating one food that might be the problem - just one - for a month if you can. And drink more water - it helps everything.

3. Chemical allergy - makejup, perfume, medicines , soaps and other cleaning products, laundry products.....e a detective and see what happens - YOU can do it. Birth control and other feminine issues can cause tinnitus, especially tampons. Aspirin can cause tinnitus and things like too much of one food or vitamin.

4. Fatigue - Teens are the worst for expecting their general health to be fine even when they trash themselves with too much junk food, too much running around and not enough SLEEP and not enough water. Get a grip on this and see things improve - you should find that your issues - all of them are much better with being more responsible.

5. Injury - did you bump your head or neck or jaw? Any of these can impact your heaing. "Get your head examined" used to ge a joke but not any more. Middle Ear issues happen a LOT in the teens but rest, exercise, good diet and happy activity and time growing up a bit more often fixes the issue. In fact, if tapping the knee makes your foot come up, it miaght be an injury in a part of the body far away from the ear, so have fun trying out exercises to see if sitting up straight in your chair, YOGA etc., help

6 . Environment - new classroom, noisy classroom, tense classroom environment, tough teacher, tough study focus - trouble at home - all these can cause tinnitus.

OK? Tinnitus is weird because it seems to just happen and then often just goes away, without every knowing what caused it. SMILE 😀 helps everything

Hi, thanks for your reply.
My tinnitus is due to hearing loss
1. The same lifestyle as other kids when I was 13, no depression, no unhappiness, and nothing else。I don't know why there is tinnitus, but I wake up on a normal morning with a humming noise in my ears。I thought it was a cold at the time, so I went to the clinic and prescribed some medicines for the cold. But there was no improvement after four days of eating, so I went to the hospital for a corresponding examination. The tests showed hearing loss and my symptom was noise in my ears.
2.I don't actually have any history of food allergies. No other classmates had a history of tinnitus during my student days。We eat and live at the school, we are all together.
3.During my school days, we hardly ever used makeup.
4.Yes, in my student days we ate very unsanitary, we would eat a lot of junk food, and the food health environment was worrying.
5.Before my tinnitus, I had no discomfort, no head trauma, no bumps, nothing else.
Tinnitus is so annoying,The medical conditions in our local area are not good, which may be the reason why it was not diagnosed immediately at that time.
