Stage 4 prostate Cancer: Firmagon + Abiraterone?

I am new to the prostate forum. I want to know how to compare brachytherapy plus possible ADT (e.g. luperon) for 3 to 4 months to radical prostectamy (hopefully nerve-sparing). Which has the greatest chance of permanent cure and which has the greatest likelihood of all side effects (especially incontinence and ED) disappearing after say 6 months.thanks

Get it out then get on Zoladex injection for a year plus

What’s the advantage of going to a Mayo Clinic? I’ve got Prostate stage 4. Which has metastasized to Pelvic Bone only. But im afraid of a blast to other locations. My PSA was 181 but now constant at .01. I take xtandi pills and get a shot every 3 months, Is there any chance of attacking these cells in the pelvic region more aggressivly. My oncologist will just increase dosage of pills etc if my PSA increases.???
