I've been diagnosed with peripheral neuropathy in my feet, and I have balance problems. However, no pain or tingling in my feet. Any thoughts on acupuncture or dry needling (I just heard of it) helping my balance issues??

Hello @arlengrossman, Welcome to Connect. I've read that some members here on Connect have had good results from acupuncture and dry needling as far as pain goes but I haven't seen or read anything about either helping balance problems or numbness. There is another discussion on the topic here:

Do you mind sharing how long you've had neuropathy and what symptoms you have?

Acupuncture did not help me. Like you I have no pain just numbness and balance problems.
