I Have not grown from 14.5 years of age and i am now 15.4 years old
As the title says i have not grown for a while i hit puberty at 12 and i grew to 5,6 and at 14 it stopped. my dad is 6.2 and my mom is 5.7 do i still have hope? i Know growth stops at 16 so i am worried.

I did this so you can connect with other teens and also read the helpful information that Ethan and @astaingegerdm have posted.

I do not believe that growth stops at 16 as it has been our family experience for late growth which could be genetic or diet related. Also it is my belief based on experience that exercise and sports beginning in middle school or earlier can make growth potential achieve more height. The doctor of my grandchildren measured their wrists and predicted their growth.
We laughed at it but my grandson grew to 6' 4"! Study more about the subject.

My husband grew late and his mother grew after he was born. She was 18 at the time.
Hormones can do all kind of things to the body. My suggestion is to take up a sport or exercise that you enjoy and eat a balanced diet. Eat your veggies!
