I had lower back pain that would keep me on the floor 2 weeks per year. 15 years ago I read "Healing back pain" by Dr. John Sarno. I'm in no way a spiritual guy, and am usually a non believer in non medical opinions. His book saved me from pain in my lower back and have not had an episode since reading it. It's a 10.00 book that can do wonders for you.

I just ordered the book by Dr. Sarno. After two neurosurgeons absolutely refused to do lower back surgery and one saying "don't let anyone EVER operate on your back because your back pain is not associated with the neuropathy",,,,,the word ever stuck with me, that was 5 years ago. Oddly enough, both looked at the same MRI and neither could offer a medical reason for my back pain. I will have the book shortly. Ed
