I had a bad case of covid pneumonia in the hospital for 3 weeks, it is now September and I still have some phlegm but not as much as at the beginning, it too is sticky. I have allergies in the past but was under control until covid. It seems if I use steam morning & evening, and and a sinus rinse it helps.
