Thanks for this great list, John, I’ve been working on several of them, and it’s an awesome checklist of things to try.

Any reason why cannabis isn’t included? Apart from it being illegal on a federal basis, I mean… some states have legalized it, and it’s certainly something that I get great relief with.

I've not had any luck with cannabis helping my numbness. My son grows it legally and I have all I could ever want. It's a shame it doesn't help me.
