Thanks, I did lookup Jack Hammer Esophagus and it sounds bad. I don't think I have that, as I'm not having strong contractions.

I go in for Endoscopy at 7 AM tomorrow and can hardly wait as I am tired of only being able to swallow soft foods. Today breakfast was Activia, vanella pudding, and Ensure. Lunch was chicken broth soup and a milk shake.

I hope you get some answers tomorrow! My swallowing issues started 2 years ago when I was on a cruise I had gotten French onion soup my favorite and a few minutes after eating I started choking on the broth and the cheese then the bread and could not eat my salad or my steak that I was so looking forward too. I was sent to every specialist for this and nobody knew what it was ! Several endoscopies and colonoscopies but nothing until I saw a motility specialist they specialize in that disorder . Good luck with everything! Prayers
