I did some research on line and my magnesium was recommended to cause less diarrhea. So, I bought it, and then I recently read that it was the best type for neuropathy. It was just luck that is what I had bought. My doctor originally just recommended that I use magnesium, period., I hadn't taken any for about 7 months and my neuropathy was getting worse. I live alone out in the country and can't get fresh vegetable. I can shop at Costco and stock up on a bunch of frozen foods.

That's really good news that the magnesium is helping your neuropathy @raebaby. The Foundation for Peripheral Neuropathy also has a list of complementary and alternative treatments that help neuropathy that you might find helpful here -- https://www.foundationforpn.org/wp-content/uploads/2020/08/Complementary-and-Alternative-Treatments-Revised-2020-final.-1.pdf,

Which magnesium do you use, I’d like to try it
