Hello. This is my food intake plan for both my stage 3a CKD as well as my peripheral neuropathy. This is my blueprint. It can easily be adjusted. I hope someone finds this useful. John Mac

Interesting. I love that you've included Beer! My problem is trying to figure out just what to make for dinner that will be both healthy and acceptable to my husband. Does anyone have any great dinner entree suggestions?
