I took Prolia for years and it really helped. Moved to Arizona and doctor refused to administer so I had to wait months for a rheumatologist to give it to me and now my bones, teeth and nails are so weak and brittle. Walgreens, CVS and Urgent Care all refused even though I had the prescription in my hand...they thought that I should self-administered??

@smtakeya3 - I stopped after my first dose, but as far as I know, you cannot self-administer. Did the pharmacies give you any reason why they wouldn’t give you the injection?

In Ontario, Canada, pharmacies can give people only the flu and Covid shots - by appointment.
