biceps (brachii) hurting the most

My biceps are my most reliable indicator of active PMR. In the beginning, before pred and diagnosis, in one week I went from being able to pickup my 35lb western saddle and put it on my horse's back to the next week, not being able too. I knew there was something wrong. Nothing but pred helped, although I did not try TENS.

My biceps are also the most active painful muscle of PMR. In the beginning I could not bend my arm back to put my arm in the sleeve of my zippered sweatshirt. With tapering, that is the area that reminds me the most frequently that I have PMR. I have gone to PT and doing the advised exercises on a regular basis seems to help.
