Anyone tried Dry Needling or Acupuncture for Pain or Neuropathy?

I have neuropathy in my hands and feet, mostly due to several spine issues, and despite having C3-C6 ACDF last January.
I have tried both myofascial release massage from a PT as well as dry needling (also by PT) and neither helped me at all. YMMV.

Hi Birdman...so funny one of my nicknames is "Bird". Anyhoo, try CBD "cause a Doctor recommended it (not over the counter stuff) from a dispensary if you can!!...it works!
