My amylase been elevated 2x or 3x in normal range for 34 years , my Lipase been elevated started last year and this year 2x or 3x in normal range . Last year July , MRI was normal , January 2022 MRI was normal . My doctor said don’t worry . Any body can give me an advice , mostly everyday I have stomach discomfort and dull pain in the mid stomach and back pain .

@jbedayo please try fasting to give the pancreas a rest so it doesn't have to keep working. The 16:8 method works really good, especially for beginners. 16 hours since the last time you ate(no food or coffee with added sugar. Black coffee does not break a fast). Then in the next 8 hours, you can eat whatever you want. High protein diet is recommended, but not mandatory for breaking a fast. This method works well. Hope you can get some relief, as I know the pain this can cause ❤️
