I tried everything that has been previously mentioned. I finally went to a certified acupuncturist and 3 treatments and it was gone. Also never walk barefoot

Interestingly, and acknowledging first that we all are different, I thrive on walking barefoot, and in shoes with zero heel elevation when I do wear shoes.
