Your welcome and trying to avoid sugary foods before bed will probably help because when you eat something high in sugar or carbs your body releases insulin. When you go to sleep with the insulin running through your system, your blood sugar plummets potentially making the next day difficult as far a light headed ness and passing out goes. I don't think it would be a bad idea to monitor your blood sugar regularly for a couple of weeks to make sure things aren't fluctuating. A doctor can't tell if your blood sugar is changing unless you monitor it on a regular basis. Also I know how you feel with all of this. I have gone through very similar things.
They have checked my blood sugar. They have did several blood tests. I usually eat breakfast everyday and sometimes I do eat sugary foods before bed. Thank You!
