@hello1234 Yes, it was done with no contrast. No blood flow detected.

You may want to get your transplant team involved regarding using contrast dye and dealing with the BK virus. And you know I will want to know their thoughts, and the outcome of your MRI!

I am definitely going to discuss the contrast with transplant! Thank you for letting me know that they did your MRI without contrast and they were able to determine that the complex cyst lacked blood flow. That's excellent news and excellent information for me. I will keep you posted on my discussion. (On a different note, I just realized that I accidentally posted my MRI question to you on a veggies discussion. Sorry about that!)
