Hi @gingerw 😊
I see that you have a "complex cyst" on your kidney too. My doctor would like to do an MRI with contrast but I hate the idea of stressing out my new transplanted kidney especially while I have BK virus. Was your Radiologist able to determine the lack of blood flow to the cyst without contrast?

@hello1234 Yes, it was done with no contrast. No blood flow detected.

You may want to get your transplant team involved regarding using contrast dye and dealing with the BK virus. And you know I will want to know their thoughts, and the outcome of your MRI!
