Since I will be 95 next month I doubt if it will matter what or how much I eat! thank you very much for caring. I think it would take a chemist to follow all the rules..

@sammyloue, I hear ya - I had to use my backgrounds in chemistry and nutrition to come up with my renal friendly vegetarian diet. Yes, I do care and wish you well. 🙂
