I have a Purple brand bed with both foam and inner springs. It’s pricey but very comfortable. It is on a moveable platform that allows me to raise the head and foot or lie flat. This allows me to find the most comfortable position. I find I cannot use a foam bed without inner springs. I have tried the strictly foam beds and always wake up with a sore back. Love my Purple bed. Worth a try unless you prefer a very firm mattress in which case the Purple bed might not be firm enough for you.
