@ldrlaw, Aw, shucks! 'Tweren't nuthin'!

Seriously, have been unable to post the newest bunch of recipes here because my replacement (refurb) pc for the one that crashed doesn't have what I need to convert to a pdf file. Unless someone can convert my word doc to pdf, I'll have to post excerpts a little at a time. Sigh.
