Yes. I’m already medicated for depression and anxiety and long Covid made it worse.
I’d lose my car and spend 25 minutes searching for it, which would spike my anxiety, and make it harder to focus.
I was also anxious at work because I couldn’t be effective in meetings pulling info from the top of my head. That hit my confidence and was depressing.
So I’ve worked with my psychiatrist and long Covid team on meds. Communities like this help. Letting my family and some close friends in helps. I let a good friend at work know for support and to let me know if my behavior was off.

I’m right there with you! I had Covid very early April 2022 and had no idea how it would impact my focus…still! And the anxiety and other symptoms that followed - wow! It comes and goes.
My employer has no understanding when I’d and literally told me In April that I was using Covid as an excuse - it’s horrible!
Just yesterday (and not the first time) I couldn’t find my car after 10 min in a store! I start a recipe or project at home as a “break” and just can’t seem to finish them. So not like me at all!!
