Wouldn't it be great if prevention for health conditions came in a pill? The best way to reduce your risk of cancer and enlarged prostate, also called benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), remains healthy living, a good diet and activity.

I have no prostate issues. Just trying to be proactive. Again, thank you.

My prostate is enlarged at 57 yrs old, its a size of a golf ball, don't know if that's good or bad, it is affecting my bladder, I do have issues urinating, painful, drip drip drip issues, not emptying bladder, goin 5, 6 times in an HR, what would b the best way to get prostate smaller, away from bladder, do,t want surgery, too many side effects, complications after surgery, I also was diagnosed with Herpes 2, was told that could b my urinateing issues..where to turn...
