By the way, the recipe collection is not limited to recipes (which I never used either until I had to watch potassium, phosphorus, sodium, etc.,) it also lists nutrient values for various ingredients such as the amount of potassium in a tablespoon of flour or how much protein is in a serving of green beans. In addition, it has information about how to leach potassium from potatoes and other tips. And it includes a list of various resources for CKD patients to use in determining what foods and how much of those foods are good on a kidney diet.

I'm sorry you don't think any of this would be helpful to you. Am wishing you success in obtaining elsewhere the information you need. Peace and blessings.

Since I will be 95 next month I doubt if it will matter what or how much I eat! thank you very much for caring. I think it would take a chemist to follow all the rules..
