@sammyloue, a pdf is a type of file the Mayo Support Groups permits members to post. Sorry for any confusion.

By the way, the recipe collection is not limited to recipes (which I never used either until I had to watch potassium, phosphorus, sodium, etc.,) it also lists nutrient values for various ingredients such as the amount of potassium in a tablespoon of flour or how much protein is in a serving of green beans. In addition, it has information about how to leach potassium from potatoes and other tips. And it includes a list of various resources for CKD patients to use in determining what foods and how much of those foods are good on a kidney diet.
