@gingerw , maybe some in this discussion would find my pdf recipe collection useful as long as they realize that some values and ingredients have changed since the recipes were written and know to ALWAYS read labels each time an item is purchased - even if they buy the same size/brand item all the time, manufactures often change ingredients and amounts. I no longer have the link to that pdf so maybe you could post it here?
