my pain is just below my knee on left leg. I would honestly say the TKR , joint of knee is fine . The main pain is at the very top of tibia , and runs down about 6-8 inches. For my if I am seated I am fine, stand and try to walk is terrible, even the movement of riding a big is terrible but I push through, otherwise I wouldn;t be moving
