After two bouts of COVID, I started having some strange symptoms. One was internal vibration. Different than muscle spasms, which I have also. I don't have them all the time. It is unnerving to say the least. Good luck and blessings as you navigate the health care system to find answers

I have "Generalized Anxiety Disorder". Internal trembling sensations are very common. Mine have been under control for many years. If this and/or certain other symptoms arise,
I take a very small dose of Clonazepam, which eradicates the symptoms very quickly.
As this is a benzodiazepine your Dr. may be hesitant to prescribe it.
