Welcome @carolann1952, I'm sorry to hear your spine surgery caused your neuropathy. There are a lot of alternative and complementary treatments that may be helpful. I had laser RX first 8 yrs ago and it decreased symptoms to right lower leg, tried chiropractor, also acupuncture. I trialed the NEUROS nerve stimulator. Little relief. Seems worse since COVID vaccine.

Both Tens and Sanexas machines- no help with tingling and numbness in the feet. Also tried acupuncture. No result either.
