I take Acetyl-L-Carnitine 500 mg in the morning and evening along with other supplements including na-R-ALA (600 mg in the morning and evening). Both are the in the Protocol 525 along with other supplements shown to help neuropathy. Do you still have the swelling in your feet? You said the swelling has gone down from your ankles……wondered if any improvement in the feet?
