Thank you, the difference is mine is caused from cocaine overdoses and it caused severe damage to my heart. I've been seeing cardiologists for years but it's never been this bad

I would still see if water retention may be making you feel worse. As I too damaged my heart not due to cocaine but a virus cased my to enlarge from the water surrounding my heart and the symptom of lack of breath was the first symptom. Just a thought as I ended up on once a day diuretics which helped a lot
