Hi @jan33 and @johnbishop

Of course!
The Dr Sarno book I was recommended is - Healing Back Pain, The Mind-Body Connection.
I bought it from Indigo in Canada, and it's also on Amazon.

I have all 3 of his books and another one by Steven Ozanich, The Great Pain Deception, which is very worthwhile reading. How are you doing with belief in the mind/body concept as you read Dr Sarno’s book.? Some claim all they needed was to read the book. I have persistent headaches. I’m still needing Tylenol, but sometimes a little less, and pain level is a little lower. I did succumb to Botox shots in head and neck about a month ago; nothing changed from those, and I think I am done with all medical attempts to cure the pain.
