Thank you for comment, Ann, @pattyann777 . I hadn't considered personal care-giving with my wife, such as bathing or hair care. I haven't been doing that, but rather with getting groceries, doing dishes, cooking, encouraging her medical appointments and regimens, and limiting my freeom in order to be with her. Her health is very fragile and I often do not know what to do for her. Your question has me thinking I am lucky that she is as well as she is.

I went onto the long haulers site and also realized how lucky Beth and I
am. Beth takes care of her personal stuff.. But does not want to go out
side or out of the house... She walks with a walker but I know she could
walk on her own but fear or anxiety of falling again limits her.. When she
got it she was in she was in the hosp or rehab for over 2 months.. It ils
hard to hold the middle ground and push too much.. I have to lean on the
Lord a lot.. and I have always been an outdoor person and try to still get
out and walk some.. I am to have back surgery in about 2 week. Bless
your heart for being there to care for her... Hang in there,
