Hi I too thought it was originally confined to red meat, but read from a number of sources that its linked to all animal protein including white meat and salt water fish. Link below. I had just eliminated red meat but now extended this to chicken and fish, although do occasionaly have fish or prawns once per week. The issue with Dairy is slightly different, that's due to the presence of the insulin growth factor hormone.
The same points are also covered at length in the book the China Study, which is an excellent read and clearly establishes the link to dairy and and animal protein not only being associated with higher incidence of cancer but also the majority of major diseases.

Hello, very interesting information. Have you heard anything about wild-game meat? I’ve been able to eat mostly wild game.
Thank,
