New to Mayo Bariatric Group: What are your tips for success?

Dr Hower told me I’m not a candidate for that surgery - besides he only does the RNY and Sleeve.
I should lose 150lbs and I would be good after that much weight is gone.
I take vitamins and diabetic meds now Sooooo the vitamin taking would be normal for me. 🙂
Thank you I will look into this more.
