Tension Myositis Syndrome, aka Tension Myoneural Syndrome per Dr. Sarno.
I had back surgery 18 months ago but still have spasms. I am a patient of Toronto General Hospital's pain clinic. I am part way through the book on the recommendation of my current therapist.
