New growth facial hair during menopause

I have been postmenopausal for 17 years now. I did have an increase in facial hair on the upper lip and under chin. I've managed to keep it under control alternating tweezers and a razor. I could not do waxing (not a fan of pain). The razor gives you a smooth finish and lasts three weeks for me. I agree with Lindes, the hairs keep coming back. Depending on the volume of facial hair growth, you might want to consider laser treatments. My daughter is an aesthetician and she said it works great. I would do it but it's not in my budget.

Laser works only on light colored skin and dark hair. I had a bit of it done, but once my dark hair was gone, it was the end of it.
