@dedehans, this is such a new drug, I can see why your friend is reaching out through you to see if anyone has had treatment with Pluvicto (lutetium Lu 177 vipivotide tetraxetan)

@leebeth mentioned that her husband will started soon or has started and perhaps @rso too. @norske46 also has been looking into this treatment.

Dede, you're right that there are warnings that accompany this drug regarding cumulative radiation exposure to the patient and how to minimize radiation exposure to others after receiving Pluvicto. You can read more here: https://www.drugs.com/pluvicto.html#warnings

Thank you Colleen. I shall wait and see future responses. My friend is in the decision mode now. The cancer has metastisized widely and this may be a hope for him. I will post here if I hear he is going to try it.

Long wait time for Pluvitco in my area. Novartis rep said 4 to 6 weeks is the norm. I was told 6, but it's been 2 already and no updates. I didn't want to do the cabazitaxel, but am going in the morning and remaining optimistic.
