I would think any bra that was tight “could” interfere with lymph fluid. It won’t cause breast cancer as @hopeful33250 pointed out. If I were having lymphadema issues, I might try a little self experimenting to see if it helped or not by changing types of bra. I don’t wear underwires anymore, but it is because they are very uncomfortable after the surgeries.
